Today we went for a 19.26 mile back ride to Alviso and back. I’m house-sitting for some cats while their human is camping, so we rode out there instead of our “usual” 22 mile trip to Bobbi’s in Cupertino. I’m worried that the shorter distance and the much flatter ride will make next weeks ride more difficult. I worry a lot. But in reality, I’m just bloated and lazy from consuming an amazingly large portion of my first grilled tri-tip (photo below). I made it myself!
We took the San Tomas Aquino/Saratoga Creek trail over to Alviso, which is short and flat and quite pleasant. And it runs right by Specialty’s Sandwiches. I can’t find a specific map for the trail, but I did find this great interactive map over at the Silicon Valley Bike Coalition.
