Thursday I went for a 10 mile/ 1 hour bike ride on the levees in Alviso with Kevin. I forgot my gps watch, so I didn’t make a map. Here’s Kevin’s map.
Friday I did my run, and I was much easier than usual! Time to make it harder again.
Saturday we went Mountain Biking with Kevin up at Fremont Older Open Space Preserve (where I run, incidentally). Again, I forgot my watch, so here’s Kevin’s map. It was hellish and I thought I was going to die biking up the hill… then it got fun! I’m looking forward to doing it again! We had a little BBQ: Tri-tip with Chimichurri (Note that they mean hot red pepper). I also made Oven-dried tomatoes with the cherry tomatoes we got in our CSA. Delicious.
Sunday I needed the whole. freaking. day. to recover.
